Each participant learns the key principles and concepts of MFV in an interactive manner that keeps theory to a minimum. These sessions are tailored to ensure that managers are exposed to those aspects of MFV which will be most useful to them in their day-to-day management roles.

The focus of these workshops is on how to apply MFV frameworks and tools to real business issues, e.g. decisions about alternative investment options, highest value growth strategies or business process re-design.

Experience suggests that the best way to develop superior MFV skills is through application.
