Stephen Neill & Peter Clark, partners in VBM Consulting, were recently invited to address the Australian Institute of Company Directors, at a conference in Melbourne. The conference was appropriately named 'The Value Mandate', the title of one of VBM Consulting's best sellers, co-authored by Stephen and Peter.
Stephen gave an interesting, insightful address on MFV (managing for value) across the corporation, and the importance of MFV training, and developing a culture of MFV within the organisation. The delegates had an opportunity to ask questions, and each received a complimentary copy of the book.
Greg Jones, a partner in VBM Consulting, addressed the group on practical examples of value-based management, and how they have been successfully applied in real life examples. Kerry Cox, Head of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, played host to VBM Consulting partners, at the elite Melbourne Club.
